Today the ASSPUK and Juche Idea Study Group of England issued the following joint
statement in support of the statement of the general staff of the Korean Peoples Army
on 24th January and in condemnation of the remarks of the south Korean puppet
defence minister.
The remarks of the reactionary anti reunification puppet "defence minister " were utterly
irresponsible.It is lunatic to talk about a "pre emptive military" against the DPRK
nuclear bases,this can only result in a 2nd Korean war which could turn into World
War 3.Therefore his rantings are opposed to world peace and run counter to the will
of not only the Korean people but the people of the world who desire peace and
independence.
The utterings of the south Korean fascist puppet "defence minister" are diametically
opposed to the June 15 2000 declaration and October 4th declaration and cast
a shadow over any improvement in inter Korean relations.
It is the right of the DPRK,as a dignified independent and sovereign state, to have its own self defensive nuclear deterrent,therefore the south Korean puppets should not take issue with this let alone even talk of premptive strikes.

We support the stance of the general staff of the Korean Peoples Army to defend the
independence ,dignity and honour of the DPRK and its people centred socialist system
by resolutely taking action to destroy the commanding centre of the south Korean
puppets who are a cancer like entity threatening peace and independence as well
progress.
